What is the IOSH Managing Safely®️ Refresher?
This course refreshes key knowledge from the full IOSH Managing Safely®️ course. It covers risk assessments, health and safety legislation, and workplace safety practices. IOSH recommends taking the refresher within three years of your initial course.

Who Should Study This Course?
Anyone who has previously completed IOSH Managing Safely®️ and wants to refresh their knowledge. It is mandatory within 3 years of completing the original course.

Course Duration:

  • In-house or Virtual Classroom: 1 day (9:00–17:00)

  • E-learning: 5–10 hours, accessible for 6 months

  2. Leadership in health and safety

  3. Plan – review and deliver policy

  4. Do – undertake risk assessment

Many learners progress to the NEBOSH General Certificate (UK) or NEBOSH International General Certificate (outside UK) to further their health and safety careers.
